ABOUT ME

I am an outgoing person, smiling a lot and am a little "out-of-the-box" - especially for Austrian country-side standards (like my family's)...

After working abroad for 2.5 years I travelled around the world for another year. While travelling I enjoyed getting to know locals and their daily live, culture and also spent some effort learning their languages. Still, I decided to come back home to Austria to be closer to my friends, family and especially my little nephew :)
After some time of soul-searching I went back to school a few months ago (fall 2018) and am now a student for midwifery with no regrets about leaving my old job and career behind me.

Keep moving and encourage yourself to find new places and things to explore. The world is too interesting to just stay where you are!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

For now just surfing... my current place is tiny and does not offer a lot of space for visitors. Still, there is a couch and at the right time, may be available for surfing :)

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I am an Couchsurfing beginner, but had no doubt ever that I would enjoy it. The hosts I stayed with till now were fantastic people and I had a wonderful time exploring their home towns - even more, if they had some time to spend with me together :)

Interests

I like to see the world and meet it's people. Looking at beautiful landscapes lets my heart skip a beat and the feeling of pure freedom on the road makes me happy time after time!

I am a story teller who is inspired by the many places I have been to. I saw the world working for international companies, met locals while volunteering in developing countries and laughed with the most open-hearted people while traveling.
