Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I haven´t been in many places yet, but I definitely plan on changing that - Couchsurfing gives me the opportunity to do that. But it is not just about finding a place to stay at, I want to meet other people as well. I want to hear their story and share mine with them, I want to get to know the cities I plan on visiting through the people living there and not through the tourist sites that only give me a carefully chosen images on what the culture there really is like. Furthermore I want to give other people the possibility to do very same thing, be it through hosting them and showing them my home how I know it, not how the guidebook paints it or through meeting up with them for only a short while/ chatting with them about nice places to go/etc.

Music, Movies, and Books

I like a lot of music, so it is hard to decide on one specific genre. I like music as long as it is good, and my definition of good is pretty undefined in that matter.

It is pretty much the same when it comes to Movies and Books, although I prefer Fantasy/Mystery/Historic stuff here. Oh and good Action movies of course, Marvel for example.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I visited a friend in Cape Town for a month and went to school there for two weeks as well.
It was and still is one of my most amazing experiences - and if we get to know each other I definitely would love to share this story with you.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can, of course, teach you a bit of the German language, just as I can introduce you to German culture in General (food, traditions, etc.). Also I would love to exchange stories of former travels, the experiences I collected and the encounters I had.
