Why I’m on Couchsurfing

First of all, I have an absolute passion for traveling! One of my goals in life is to travel to as many different destinations as possible. However, I do not content myself with taking a picture of the most popular sights, I want to experience all of it! I enjoy getting to know a city or a country by experiencing it through the eyes of someone who actually lives there. This is the reason why I am on couchsurfing - I am hoping to meet friendly people who are willing to share their culture, a story or two, a recommendation, or simply to have a good conversation.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I think it´s always a nice gesture to compliment the host with a little present from my home region or home country in general. That way, not only I get to learn something about the country I am traveling to, but also my host learns a little bit about where I am coming from. This way, couchsurfing is not only something you give, but also something you can take with you!
