Hi everybody, I am Julia and currently doing a gap year in Australia with my boyfriend. We want to travel up the East Coast from Melbourne to Cairns and meet lots of people on the way and get to know the country.
I am an open, ambitious, optimistic, spontaneous, curious person who loves learning to do new things and exploring different places all around the world.
I havent done any couchsurfing yet but I am very excited to get started!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I want to travel the world and meet as many people and gather as many new experiences as possible and I think Couchsurfing is a good way to do that.

Interests

One of my biggest interests is sport. I am very passionate about all watersports and skiing & snowboarding. I have tried out many different sports but I am always wanting to try something new.

Music, Movies, and Books

I like all kinds of music and love discovering new songs on Soundcloud or Youtube. My favourite bands/singers right now are Of Monsters And Men, Daughter, Tobu and Lana Del Rey.

I love Disney movies! My favourite is probably Wreck it Ralph but I also like Action movies, Dramas and Thrillers.

It is very difficult to pick my favourite book because I have read so many good books. I love reading true stories of people. For example people who have survived a concentration camp in World War 2 or about a family living in China before and during the cultural revolution.
