I grew up in a small town in Alberta where I spent most of my childhood. I also spent three years living in the Middle East which was probably the main contributing factor to my love of travel.

Travel has provided me with some incredible experiences but probably the most memorable was riding bikes down Death Road in Bolivia, speeding through the fogged-over mountains into the lush jungle. The people with me made it that much more amazing.
