Trying to squeeze in as much of life as I can, but also hanging out with teenagers for 45 hours a week.

ABOUT ME

I graduated from University of Michigan after getting my BS in Brain, Behavior, and Cognitive Science. I took some time to work my butt off slash pay bills and now I'm gracefully a part of the workforce of the underpaid as a high school teacher. Because of this, I might have pickier restrictions on if/when I can host someone due to my schedule, but try me and I'll see what I can do. OR I'd be more than happy to go out for coffee or drinks if you're in the area.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I've been able to do some surfing with some really wonderful people, both in the states and abroad. While living in SC, I had a lot more opportunities to host (thank you small town with not many other hosts) and it was awesome. I hosted some amazing people who picked me as their stop on 95. I'm now in Boston, where there are LOTS more hosts available, but I'm still here if you need me :)

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've had the best experience of people genuinely opening up their apartments and houses to me -- at the last minute, no questions asked, and/or with friends attached. People telling me where their spare is when they're out of town, people repairing broken shoes in the middle of the night... you have all been more than amazing to me and I hope to be that host to each of my surfers who stop by.

Interests

I enjoy music, travel, nature, friends, exploring (getting lost), biking, rugby, and photography. I'm fluent in Spanish and I'm trying to learn Portuguese.
