I love people! I love to share my experience and knowledge too and my crazy, loud and goofy family.

ABOUT ME

I describe myself as whimsical. I'm a hippy at heart. I have a wonderful husband who puts up with my crazy ideas and who for the most part supports all my endeavors no matter how I'll planned they are.

He may not understand why I do the things I do but he understands I feel compelled to do them.

Some may consider me an activist but I don't really think I am. My family thinks I'm crazy and that's okay because the nut didn't fall far from the tree. I'm kids probably would just say I'm mean because I yell "no" a lot.

I help those I can. I know what is like to go without food, shelter and heat. I long to own a farm that is off grid and I want to do work exchange with those that are homeless or who need refuge.

I love people, they can be amazing. I dislike humans as they can be utterly selfish and self - destructive.

If you have a cool hobby or talent then please come and teach us! I love music and it is always welcomed here if you have an instrument.

I like to up cycle and enjoy free stuff from Craigslist. You'd be amazed what a little effort can accomplish. I'm interested in alternative energy, building and life in general.

PHILOSOPHY

Life is amazing. I want to experience as much as I can and I want my family to as well.

We each have our own paths in life this is mine. Until my children are old enough to carve their own they come with me on mine.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I've never done this before... well not in this sense I guess. I open my home up a lot be it for classes or friends. I sorry if wish I could travel the world like this but as romantic of a thought it's not for me right now.

I think it's amazing seeing good people first hand. The world isn't as shitty as people make it out to be. We just need to remind ourselves on occasion.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

No real experiences. I once opened the house open to this mom and her two kids... It was eye opening to say the least. When they left I hugged my babies so tight I think I squeezed the poop out of one.

Teach, Learn, Share

Spirituality is what I can share with you. I can teach you how to speed change a diaper. Cook a meal when everyone is screaming.

What I'd like to learn us whatever you can offer, even if it's just a new point of view. I'm really ignorant in economics tho, I mean is like a dead language to me.

We went to Dancing Rabbit Eco Village over the summer and they discuss their inner economic system and it flew so far over my head it actually accumulated flyer miles.
