I was fortunate enough to grow up in a culturally diverse environment, interacting with people from around the world from an early age, learning about their customs and sharing some of my own. In recent years I’ve come to miss all this diversity (my current location isn’t as diverse) and have decided to travel, meet people and learn more about their cultures in their own county

I think that we sometimes forget that there’s more to life than what we have right in front of us, that there are people with different views of the world (in both the literal and figurative sense) and I believe that couchsurfing can help us gain a different perspective
