Hi, I'm Julian from France, I'm super easygoing. Unfortunately I have no stable home so I can hardly receive couchsurfer. However I like talk about my history's area. I enjoy walking, gardening, reading and drinking beer in good company. I'm always looking for new knowledge in order to improve my skills. I am also a Helper, mainly in farms (HelpX) so I met people in many different places throughout Europe.

I care about my friends who are the most important part of my life. I got no contact with the member of my family, which is a shame but I didn't choose that situation. I like simple stuff as playing pool, cooking, drawing, writing, pub quiz, practice sport..

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Let's be honest, the perspective of spending time to people without spending money is quite interesting; but I expect a little more than that : I'm looking for friendship and socializing. Moreover, stretching myself with foreign language is something I enjoy a lot.

Interests

I love History, especially when it's related to Europe. Antique philosophy is also something I care about. Furthermore I'm interested in architecture, cooking, painting, running & sport in general. Practice English or Russian is something very pleasant for me.
I also enjoy driving; indeed, I'm truck driver and I used to drive through many European countries. If I had to speak about the best place ever in Europe, I would mention Amsterdam for the kindness and joyful of Dutch people; but I would definitely choose l'Ardèche & le Vaucluse in France for the breathtaking sceneries you can find out there.

My (currently) favourite music band would be Гражданская Оборона, a Siberian punk rock band active between 1985 and 2009

If I had to talk about film or series, I would probably bring in Waking Life, 99FR, Breaking Bad or Black Books (British sitcom)

Once, I ordered a pizza with garlic and I got delivered a pineapple pizza. That's something you can't forget easily.
