ABOUT ME
Hola!
My name is Julian, very nice to meet you!
I was born in Buenos Aires, Argentina, and I grew up in Tuscany, Italy; now based in Sweden since 10 years
I'm a passionate argentine tango dancer and teacher; I own an Argentine tango school in Gothenburg, Sweden, and I travel often with my work. I'm also a musician and an aspiring entrepreneur in the field of sustainable development.
I love jazz, my guitars, good wine, meditation, the smell of the woods after an intense rain, books and... dancing! Tango is a magical silent ritual between two souls. If learning Tango is not in your bucket list, then you don't have a bucket list :).
If you are into arts, creativity, sustainability, or any combination of the previous, we should definitely meet up :)
" Out beyond ideas of wrongdoing and rightdoing, there is a field. I'll meet you there" - Rumi
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I usually try to give all the help I can, and to put my skills and abilities at the service of my wonderful hosts.
I really don't think that taking pictures to monuments brings you to understand a certain place, or its people. You need to live with them, talk with them, understand their values, their dreams, hopes and fears. This is the closest way I know so far to be able to get to know someone in these ways. I haven't used it much so far, but I promise I will try to change this! :)
