Obviously I am pretty new to this platform but very curious to find out the secrets behind it! My name is Julian, 19 years old and I'm a student from Germany who loves traveling around the world. My current adventure is a huge backpacking trip through South-Amerika where my goal is to meet as many like-minded people as possible – to become friends, to have adventures together, to exchange and to experience.
I'm very openminded and always happy to meet others but at the same time simple, spontaneous, reliable and very thankful for everything!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

This is not about people co-existing within their own worlds – like in a hotel, this is about learning from each other, helping each other out and sharing perspective! I am sure that others love meeting new people as much as I do!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Living in the US as an exchange student in a completely unknown family. They showed and taught me their live and we became one family. It's like couchsurfing for a lot of months – simply unique.

Teach, Learn, Share

I love learning, especially about things I didn't even knew existed before but I also love sharing stories or teaching others things that I know (e.g a language or guitar :) )
