We are a married couple traveling and hosting together. Juliana had used Couchsurfing for years before meeting Elise, and we are now excited to meet other folk on from the Couchsurfing community together. We are respectful, tidy, and always willing to learn from you. Both of us love culture and history, but especially connecting with people.

Juliana has worked in finance for the past few years (when not traveling) and has a background in International Relations and business research. She is now looking to start her Doctorate in Organizational Psychology this October 2026.

Elise is a Speech Language Pathologist (which means she helps people to talk) and is very passionate about helping others and learning.

Although Juliana is a vegetarian, she enjoys trying her best to explore the local cuisine of whatever country she is in, and Elise will eat just about anything. We both enjoy good conversation and great food.

Juliana loves art movies and Italian/ French cinema and anything cute.
Elise is a classically trained vocalist and loves all sorts of music (particularly jazz).
We are both avid readers and can typically be found traveling with at least two books.

Juliana loves to cook for her hosts and share her unique cultural backgrounds and experiences.
Elise says she can share her "dry whit" with hosts and help with cleaning.
We both love children as well and are happy to do language exchange with our hosts.
