Overview
About Me
I am an easy-going, smiley old soul who strongly believes in treating others the way you wish to be treated.
I understand how daunting it may be to travel a new country, solo, and hence, I always try to make some time to welcome you on the first day that you arrive in this city/ stay with me.
I have lived in London for the past 6 years and I absolutely love this city! I'm an avid fan of good food, especially takeaways and pretty cafes for that instagrammable photo!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
There is a saying that goes "When a person is tired of London, he/she is tired of life" - I believe this city is vibrant and has much to offer. Thus, I would love to share this feeling with anyone traveling here for a short visit or even starting a new chapter in London. I would like to share the best places to eat, sightsee, and have a good time in this beautiful city.
In the world that brings connects us closer via the Internet, I would love to hear your experience traveling first hand and to share tips and insight on those trips. And when I finally get myself to travel out of London, I am hoping to use this site to save up on cost and spend it more on experiences in the new places I visit.
Interests
I enjoy discovering places with the best food, understanding the story behind a building/ place I visit, I like to get out there and be one with nature and I have recently picked up photography and hope to build on that skill.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
- Dipped into the thermal baths at Blue Lagoon, while surrounded by snowcapped mountains and marvelled upon the dancing northern lights in Iceland.
- Ran across the Széchenyi Chain Bridge in Budapest in the pouring rain to be greeted by the kind owner of a bar who welcomed us in with a bowl of warm goulash despite our clothes were soaking in rainwater.
- Witnessing the most majestic sunset at the base of Mount Kinabalu, Sabah.
Teach, Learn, Share
I enjoy taking a good picture - if you're up for it, I would be glad to take a picture for you in one of the major landmarks/beautiful scenary in London/places I visit.

As such, I will be as enthusistic and passionate in bringing you around (if time permits, especially weekends) and it is like travelling with a friend to a new place, only thing is this friend knows his way around the city;)
