I've been traveling on the road since 2016 with my pair - Skye - while we both work remotely online. We are often looking for space for 2 and love spending our free time exploring local treasures. I work in marketing, he works in telecom. We are a very happy-go-lucky, aspiring couple who loves meeting new people, learning new skills and spreading positivity. We are pretty minimalist, eco-friendly (always turning off lights, using little water and electricity) and self-sustaining when it comes to figuring out things we don't know. Skye has knowledge in Physics while my knowledge is in communications. We enjoy hands on projects as well such as gardening and pet watching. In our freetime you can find us rock climbing, doing flowarts (poi or aerial arts), yoga and anything creative we can get our hands on (or minds in!)

Couchsurfing opens the door to meet new and extraordinary people. I love to discover how others are living their life in both my home country and in completely new cultures across the world. I'm enjoying the benefits of living semi-off-grid while meeting new, interesting, like-minded people. I love the great outdoors and most often you'll find me camping with my travel partner in local areas - however sometimes weather is not so favorable as we seek warmer, dryer shelter during the winter and rainy/stormy season (HENCE COUCHSURFING!).

Música, películas y libros

I love most types of music (lyrical and nonlyrical). When I'm not roadtripping to music, I listen to books, TEDTalks and various podcasts while on the road. I'll always watch a new sci-fi movie or documentaries and have interest in topics around health, science, nature and the like. My book preference is usually informational, non-fiction books but will pick up the occasional fiction if the plot interests me.

I once thought getting a degree in college was "all that", but since completing school I've found my favorite experiences actually revolve around the simplicity nature provides and consistently nurtures me with. So in favor of recency theory, one amazing thing I've done has been to prevail at living on the road, without a traditional home, since 2016. This has changed my perspective while allowing me to enjoy the wonders and variability that only spending the majority of my time outdoors can give me. I've fallen in love with nature and now, turn to it in any time of doubt or need.

I've spent a lot of my childhood teaching others and I'm now in a time of my life where I soak everything up like a sponge. I hope to return to teaching again in the future and will not deny a request for a private yoga class among friends or a discussion on topics around communication, philosophy or science. As for learning, there is so much I've learned from others and I'm grateful for any knowledge people are willing to offer up. Share with my your life experiences and I'll surely reciprocate with some lessons I've learned on my own.

Qué puedo ofrecer a los anfitriones

I have experience with content writing and marketing, but I really enjoy efficiency organization, sharing stories and providing a listening ear as I hear other's stories. I'm not the excessively chatty type, but will engage conversation on most topics. I'm also trained as a yoga teacher, but don't teach classes as I'm traveling and enjoy the individual, one-on-one or small group sessions.
