ABOUT ME

French winemaker living between Rosignano marittimo and castellina marittima on the tuscan coast since 2014.
Lived in New Caledonia, California, and grew up in the south of France.
I'm running my own organic and biodynamic winery.
In my free time, I make honey (a passion that started with 4 hives, now there are 52), I play handball and do a lot of sport (hiking, snorkelling, and I'm kind of getting addicted to my gym)...
Love sharing my passions, discover new cultures and travelling.
My job brings me to travel a lot (flying at least once a month).

我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

When I was student, I was here because I was always out of money, and because I love meeting new people.
Now I feel like it's my turn to help travellers.
I live in a 250m2 villa with swimming pool on the tuscan coast. Pizza hoven, unlimited wine.
Just wanna share that!!
if i'm in your city, it's probably for participating in a wine fair. Sometimes I just feel like hotels are boring so I like to trade a couch for some good bottles and an invitation in Tuscany.

Living in a tribe in new caledonia. No water, no electricity, hunting, farming and fishing every day.
Talking about philosophy, every night around the fire.
I lived like this for more than one month.

I can teach organic and biodynamic viticulture, how to make wine, how to taste wine, beekeeping and how to make pizza (ha, ok, maybe for italian hosts I still need to improve that ^^) ...
Love learning languages (German and Russian are my next goals)
Obviously, love sharing wine :)
