ABOUT ME
I'll be traveling to Berlin and Copenhagen in August 2012 with Nico Alba (http://www.couchsurfing.org/profile.html?id=6T6MNM5)
Berlin: August 8-10, 18-27
Copenhagen: August 11-17
Asheville, North Carolina: September 8-11
Originally from the Southern U.S., but relocated to New England, I’m a queer person living in Boston - for the next few days at least. I am ready to set off to new places.
I love to work with my hands and make things that people can use and connect with. I make things out of wood....I spend a lot of time riding my bike and being outdoors. This is my favorite thing to do. I love to go in search of a swimming hole, dumpster dive, carve a spoon, go dancing, to an opening, hang out on a porch, cook together, have personal conversations with people about their passions and politics, philosophy, science, spirituality or whatever comes up.
After my travels in Europe I will be working on a little off the grid homestead in the mountains of North Carolina and I am very excited to learn about taking care of the goats and how their energy systems work.
For the past few years, I’ve lived in an old Victorian in Boston with dear friends. We lovingly call it the Bat Haus. People are often sleeping on our couch and working on art and music projects. Sometimes we have shows in the basement and there is a fabulous garden in the back yard.
Below are links if you would like to see some of the things I’ve made or hear some of the funky music I’ve recorded.
