ABOUT ME

I'm a student from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and I had the opportunity to spend two months in Europe (mostly Barcelona). Now I'm in Paris for two more nights with nowhere to stay and enjoying the uncertainty and the city. My friends describe me as happy, outgoing, funny, and compassionate.

I haven't had any surfing experiences yet, but here in Spain I hope to have some great ones.

Interessen

I spend my time either learning new things or with friends or, preferably, both. I like to draw, I do freelance web design, and I love music (I finished a demo recently: www.soundcloud.com/julian-tisk).

Eine tolle Erfahrung, die ich gemacht habe

The first time I put on contact lenses after my eyes got so bad that I couldn't see the blackboard in middle school. Suddenly, I could see farther than I had remembered seeing in my whole life; there was so much detail in every building in tree that it was beautiful. I will always remember that.

Seeing the Sagrada Familia in Barcelona (first at night, and then during the day) was something that left me awestruck. I had seen pictures, but none of the pictures do the building justice. The grandeur of it and the imaginative architecture of Gaudi left an impression on me. It's my favorite building.
