I'm Julie, but you should also know a little bit about Steven since we typically come as a packaged deal. We are a married couple from Wisconsin, who recently managed to escape winter and trade it for monsoons in Myanmar.

Julie has an interior design degree from the University of Wisconsin: Madison.

Steven is a teacher with a knack for making friends out of complete strangers in minutes.

We both love the outdoors and sunny days when we can go golfing, kayaking, or just find someplace new to get lost exploring. We like to travel without itineraries so that we have the freedom to wander and discover things along the way. Many of our best memories have been spur-of-the-moment adventures, and it is our mission in life to collect as many unique experiences as possible.

It's the best way to learn about a new place and find destinations off the beaten path. And on the flip side, being a host is the perfect excuse to be a tourist in your own town.
