One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I shared in a temazcal once and found it both intense and uplifting. A beautiful experience that initially had me crying but then feeling light and uplifted for many days

Teach, Learn, Share

I enjoy preparing tasty food, always adding to my vegeterian ideas. Have a few good chutney recipes i could share. I enjoy making komboucha and have a few lovely flavours. I am quite a hands on person and have a few diy skills from painting to building garden beds.
