ABOUT ME

I believe in karma, that people who do good things and care about people will get good things in return. That guides the way I live and the way I travel. My best friend taught me to say yes to anything and everything, and although I take that advice with caution, I think it carries a lot of value. I love to have fun and experience new things, and I cant wait to get out and find the something to say yes to.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I first got dragged (reluctantly) into couchsurfing with my friend on a roadtrip across the states and after the first night I was sold. For one thing it was a lot warmer than camping in november, and we had great hosts one after the other. one night in DC we even accidentally stumbled upon the local couchsurfing meet—up. I have not yet hosted because since I became a couchsurfer I havent had a couch of my own to be surfed but I cant wait to be a host.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

So far I have only surfed in the states as an friend of a surfer, but my next trip will take me to couches in Asia and the South Pacific. We stayed with some incredible people and even enjoyed thanksgiving dinner with a very kind host. One day in San Francisco we also met up with some fellow surfers and we explored the city together.

Intereses

I love to cook and travel, and I love most outdoor activities namely hiking, sailing and snowboarding.
