I am a pretty adventurous eater - but I stick to a vegetarian diet if at all possible. (this can sometimes be tough!) Hablo espanol.

Surfed once in the US while traveling across the country...just starting to surf here in South America!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I did an AMAZING hike in December outside Caraz, Peru. The moss, the trees, the waterfalls and the lake at the end were really mind-blowing. It was a tough hike, but totally worth it.

I took a surfing lesson in Huanchaco, Peru. That was a first for me, and I really enjoyed it!
