ABOUT ME

We are a French couple that is really kind of discovering new cultures by walking. So we like of course outdoor life, trekking and meeting new ways of living.
To make this personal character be alive, we are used to travel for 6 months every 3 years. In 2009 we walked 2500 km in SouthWest China on the Ancient Tea and Horse Road (projetother.canalblog.com). We are now walking on the Siberian Tea Road, from Zhangjiakou (200 km NorthWest of Beijing) to Irkutsk (http://nextsteppe.canalblog.com/). We began in 2012, mid-April and plan to reach Irkutsk in October.
We are 29 and 32 years old. Both of us are engineer. Julie is engineer in agronomy and works in pollution removal and sustainable development. Philippe is working as a buyer.

Interests

Just want to feel alive and do not regret anything. Try to give love and help to people around us. Very engaged in sustainable development.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Maybe some of our best souvenirs are those of our last trips. Walking alone in Tibet, in Gobi desert... but in these moments we think a lot of all our relatives. We are not lonely people at all, even if we like being alone sometimes ! So other very good and so important moments were those we passed with our friends and families.
