ABOUT ME

As a curious person, I love learning about everything, usefull or not (for example: the bird called White Wagtail is the only small one to walk and not hop around like others of the same size.. this information might save your life, you never know!), discover new things, places, people..
Besides all that, I'm an easy going person, happy to talk about any subject, have fun, and even happier to share a good laugh!
Sharing is very important to me, as everything seems allways better/easier/more interesting that way.

I know The Answer to the Great Question of Life, the Universe and Everything... But I'm still working on the question itself. :)

I don't have a place of my own right now, so I cannot offer a couch, but I can hang out and show around some nice places in France !
As for the potential hosts, I know how to cook (and clean the kitchen afterwards ^^ ), I know a bit of chinese (don't know.. could be usefull someday), and well.. Always the same : sharing. :)

Interests

Whatching movies, discuss them, watching TV series (Currently : Doctor Who, The Big Bang Theory, Peaky Blinders, Sherlock, Kaamelott -french one-... And forever : Cowboy Bebop.), reading books, taking pictures, time-traveling, movie editing, listening to music, traveling, discovering new stuff, etc, etc. I told you : I'm curious!

Music, Movies, and Books

Mostly all kind of movies, from big explosive blockbusters to contemplative Korean ones.
I just LOVE movies. Couldn't live without them..
But if I have to just keep some of them :
Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind, Los amantes del circulo polar, Star Wars (IV, V, VI), Back to the Future, Dark City, Only lovers left alive, Memento, Donnie Darko, Life Aquatic, Fantastic Mr Fox, The Dark Knight, Up, Little miss Sunshine, KungFu Panda, Everything is Illuminated, Mononoke Hime, Sen to Chihiro no Kamikakushi, Mimi o Sumaseba, Ghost in the Shell, Spring summer autumn winter and spring, Moulin Rouge, Pi, The Fountain, Fargo, Edward Scissorhands, Big Fish, Lost in la Mancha .... etc..)

Mostly all kind of music as well, there is obviously some I listen more than others, but I'm still curious and I love discovering new sounds !
As for my favourites :
Massive Attack, The Black Keys, Beirut, Saybia, Damien Rice, Mozart (almost all of his work), various OST from movies/animes/videoGames, Cascadeur, DaftPunk, Arcade Fire, John Lee Hooker, Bon Iver, ...

As for the books, I'm more sci-fi and fantasy type reader.. But I read a lot of other genres too. Depends on the mood. And I'm a HUGE fan of Terry Pratchett.
As for the rest of my favourites, here they are : Neil Gaiman, Douglas Adams, Michael Hende, Edita Morris, Guy de Maupassant, Baudelaire, JRR Tolkien, Richard Matheson...

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Well... I walked a very long distance with a friend, surprisingly survived all dangers, met loyal friends, some of them died in battle, and finally destroy an evil ring that... Oh no wait, that's Lord of the Rings!
Amazing thing ?
I travelled to different places, lived there, came back alive, travelled again, learnt different skills for different jobs, took care of my friends and family.. Nothing amazing I'm afraid, just the usual stuff ! :)

Teach french, basic chinese, how to cook some french food, stuff about birds, and a lot more I couldn't list here as it comes as we talk to each others.
