About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Moving to California, starting a new life and finding a job :)

ABOUT ME

I'm French and I lived in the US since 2 years now (I was also here for a year in High School). I moved in the US to go to graduate school and get my second master in Communication and Public Relations (the first one was in Sport's management). I lived in East Tennessee during those 2 years, and I just moved to San Diego, CA where my family lives.
I came in the US because I couldn't find a job in France and didn't want to stay there and do nothing. I also have my own organization in France, we organize snowboarding and skiing contest and skating contests only for girls. I organized a lot of events through the years especially in surfing and rugby.

PHILOSOPHY

I'm a happy person, everything is fine for me as long as your are respectful. I like to meet new people and learn about them. I'm peaceful and hate dramas!!! I just try to avoid people close-minded and thinking that they are better than anyone else!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Since I knew about Couch Surfing just a few weeks ago I haven't host anyone yet but the first experiences I had as a couch surfer made me want to host people!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I started couch surfing while moving to San Diego and traveling across the US to get there

visited 14 states (28%)Create your own visited map of The United States or another interesting project

visited 10 states (4.44%)Create your own visited map of The World or Like this? try: Mapped Web

Interests

I love traveling of course, hanging out with my friends, listening to all kind of music (I think the only one I can't really handle is techno music...). I love photography too, I'm not professional at all, but I love my lomography cameras (especially my Mini Diana and my FishEye), and I just love to buy old ones that use films.
I do love sports (well it's better with the kind of diploma that I got). I played volleyball for years, I surf, I played rugby and now I play roller derby and I just love it!!

Music, Movies, and Books

I like all kind of movies, but especially real stories or realistic stories!
I love tv shows too, I watch a lot of different kinds, but I have a preference for ones as How I met your mother or New Girl

I like all kind of music, but especially rock music. Techno music is maybe the only kind I don't really like. But I love music, I played piano for years and my next challenge is to learn how to play guitar.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I think my road trip across the US to move from Tennessee to California was one of the most amazing thing that I done. I traveled a lot through the year but especially between Europe and the US

Teach, Learn, Share

Since I'm coming from another country I guess that I can share with others about my culture. And of course I love to learn about others and what they did in their life, during their trips, ... Sharing experiences is something really important. I can also share about things I know about the sports I play :)

Countries I’ve Visited

Andorra, Italy, Netherlands, Senegal, Spain, Switzerland, United States

Countries I’ve Lived In
