we have been hosted once in Greece and hosted twice in our place in Durham

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

good and very good so far. Loved the personal touch it brings to the travels and feels good to contribute to the positive experience of others, particularly when all involved put efforts.

we are no strangers to house-sharing or alternative ways of property occupation... :)

Interests

Julien: keen mountain biker, skier - when in proximity of snow…

Agnieszka: becoming a mountain biker (slowly), cross-country skier, liking performing arts and other forms of expression- probably due to profession related deviation… :)

Both eager travellers through natural world as well as through exiting man-made cities.

We like European, World and Independent cinema, in line with Kusturica, Almodóvar, Ken Loach, Tim Burton or Luc Besson…

Music: Hmm… Rock, funk, jazz, reggae, folk and hip-hop … Yann Tiersen, Balkan Beat Box, RHCP, Jan Garbarek, Manu Chao…

We enjoy theatre, and dance theatre.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

castors in Canada were pretty amazing to watch… agua azul in mexico was a cascading joy… but kayaking and sailing on the Polish lakes (Mazury) was also not short of delights!
