Hi everyone,

For a couple weeks I am unable to host in Budapest as the flat is undergoing some nice progress :)
During the final works.. we plan a Europe tour with 6,000 km and over 8 countries to cross, the occasion for us to go back to my native land in France, meet my close relatives and enjoy the "not shortest" road to there :)

I am Julien, French coming from Caen in Normandie where I have initiated my experience with this platform, and now living in Budapest with my partner Szonja, already for more than 2 years.
I have degreed into engineering and work today more as a commercial position in the time needed to improve my Hungarian skills ! My partner speaks already a great french and our common language is english.

I hope to continue travelling and visiting places hidden a bit everywhere and by some chance get to know locals who are happy to share some of their time and city experience.

I started to have few road trip and stays at Hostels in my twenties and it was for me the first dive into cultures and meetings people from many places.

It lead me to register on this page and as I had a flat in a quite touristic city, I have been pretty active as a host during my early 20-s..
Meeting people from quite everywhere around the world : Chili, Russia, New-Zealand, Nouméa or more local frenchies :)

I have not yet used it too often to travel yet, mainly because I traveled with few friends and we preferred camping between cities. Now with Szonja, we are preferring to look over meeting locals.

When our flat will be arranged we will be happy to return the gesture and get to talk to you.
