About Me

"Don't forget to show hospitality to strangers, for some who have done this have entertained angels without realizing it!"

" Friendship is the only cure for hatred, the only guarantee for peace." - Buddha

I'm currently taking opportunities as they come to here, travel there, sleep wherever! Life is one grand adventure and I'm trying to make the most out of every moment! I love meeting couch surfers, they are the most eclectic, motivating, amazing people!

I truly believe that the best things in life are free....smiles and hugs, friendship and love, hiking in silence, a universe of stars, good company, happiness, any special shared moment, frolicking and galavanting, meeting new people...

"Worry does not empty tomorrow of its sorrow, it empties today of its strength." --Corrie ten Boom

Every time an opportunity comes my way, I ask myself ¨Why not?¨ I try to take advantage of every opportunity because I never know what I might miss out on, and I´m not willing to regret what I have not done.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I couch surf! I travel with couch surfers! I meet them everywhere! And I host when I have a place available!

So many great experiences that have led to even better experiences.

I have to thank CS for introducing me to some of my best friends in the world including: Janna Alluaca (Ecuador), Mazen(Syria) and Edison (Peru).

Some highlights are: cycling to Ingapirca with Geovanny and Fernando (CS Guayaquil, Ecuador), celebrating Ruben's birthday in Mompiche, Ecuador and camping in Bedouin tents with CSers in Syria.

bachata; The Beatles, Turkish pop, I'll admit my love for Beyonce; rock, salsa, reggaeton, merengue, hip hop, a little bit of everything!

I like movie forums where you discuss the movie with friends and strangers after you have all watched it together!

My favorite movie is City of God/ Cidade de Deus/ Ciudad de Dios
Also love Inception and Butterfly Effect

I love going to plays, operas, musical and dance performances, lectures...basically anything with a live performance!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I've climbed to the point on earth closest to the Sun (Mt. Chimborazo, Ecuador)

Teach, Learn, Share

Teach: I can teach you how to make a compost bin...I'm sure I know how to do other things...they'll appear

Learn: There's nothing I wouldn't be willing to learn! Especially interested in languages and learning to play an instrument
f.y.i: I'm not musically talented...I may even be considered tone deaf, I will try to learn an instrument or to dance with rhythm, but beware!
