One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Creating dance pieces and performing to an audience is probably my proudest achievement. Dancing in general is a huge achievement for me. So is teaching Pilates, the Alexander technique and Contact Improvisation.

I teach Pilates mat classes, Alexander Technique, contact improvisation.
I can give Reiki for healing and am certified level 2 Reiki. I can speak French and German if anyone wants to learn those languages. I love playing card games like cactus and black jack. I can offer macrobiotic cooking wisdom.
