I am contemplative and studious while loving a good party, especially if it involves dancing, making music, food, creativity.

I believe in laughter to keep me young at heart. I fall in love easily, with people and with land.

I want to follow my dreams as if they are an extension of myself, and write them in the story of my life without break or pause, instead seeking to see my own story unfold and intertwine with others as it happens.

Always seeking new ways to stretch the imagination.

Interests

Hiking inspires me like nothing else. And dancing. I love to play music, by myself or with others. Theatre, art, movies, books. I am interested in all the things that people do, even baseball, mildly. Natural history always holds my interest, learning about the plants and animals of a place, its geologic history. And I also love to know the history of people, detailed or broad.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Ridden a cowboy's horse across the desert sands of Mexico. Nearly died of thirst in the Utah desert. Hitchhiked across the North American Continent. Bike Tours!

But the most amazing thing I have done is to watch my own life unfold and to realize that I can have freedom in everything I do, even through oppression.
