ABOUT ME

I'm living in Toronto going to school. I used couchsurfing a couple of years ago when I was travelling and now I'm interested in getting back into it and repaying the favour by hosting!

I like the arts, reading (mostly terrible teen books), nature, and active hobbies.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've couchsurfed a couple of times when I was in Europe, it was really awesome to meet people and have them show me their favourite spots. If you can't experience a place by living in it, you may as well hear first hand accounts from people who live there.

Getting outside as much as possible, trying out different activities (I've taken classes in everything from yoga, to martial arts, to olympic weightlifting), travelling, and hanging out with friends.

I will listen to almost any music and appreciate it, but my favourite bands tend to have a rock influence... or from a broadway musical

I love watching documentaries, pretty much on any subject, I'll almost always choose an arts documentary over any other.

Hiked a mountain at 5am and then watched the sun rise over Egypt while listening to "The Circle of Life".

Pretty much everything I did while in Iceland was amazing.

I can share my knowledge of the city I live in, ways to get around, and my favourite spots, even if they aren't the most typical or 'exciting' (they tend to be parks, dessert shops, or cheap bars).
