ABOUT ME

I would describe myself as very open-minded to every kind of person, type of food, place to stay. I am curious and want to discover whoever and whatever is new for me. Since I have a child, I find it more difficult to travel but maybe I have to find the best way for me.

PHILOSOPHY

Being respectful to nature. Reduce, reuse, recycle. Do we need all that what we have? We could still be happy without an iPhone, a car, a new camera. We should be more dependent on each other: share, use used stuff. Thats more interesting and individual. Go your own way.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I went to Liverpool and stayed with a very nice man. In former times I was in Stockholm and couchsurfed with a girl. I like it to come together and get to know people from all over the world.

Interessi

Facing challenges every day: eating hot, spicy food, talking to people you never dared to talk to, get up early. Its always interesting doing things you never planned to do. Sometimes you have to force yourself and overcome fears. Life is not planned... its always the chaotic, new way which is interesting.

Movies from art cinema. All kinds of music, especially Techno and Word Music. Best clubs I ever went to: Berghain in Berlin and Golden Pudel in HH. Classical books from Dostrojewski, Tolstoi, Mann, Hesse, Simone de Beauvoir. Latest book: Don Quijote.

Una cosa incredibile che ho fatto

The amount of plastic debris in the ocean. For me its the most harmful pollution which could have happened to earth. Look at all the former beautiful beaches in Hawaii, Brazil, Indonesia... where are they? People get used to swim besides garbage. Latest place I saw: beaches around Bilbao are full of tiny plastic pre-production pellets. This is amazing in a shocking way. Lets do something against it: don't buy plastic, prefer wood and second-hand stuff!
