CURRENT MISSION

After three years of studying of physics I need a break from university and want to go out to the world. Collecting wonderful impressions of nature and making great experiences with other people.

ABOUT ME

I would call myself a shy person. But in the last years I did a lot of tavelling, starting with a year in New Zealand, wich helped my to become much opener while I found out what a great experience it is to meet new people every day.

I love hiking, cycling, orienteering (running through the forest with map and compass) and every thing which is outdoor. Especially cycling is my passion; in the city it's my only transport, but even longer distances I always take by bike, if possible.
In my younger days I always hated when my parents took me on trips to big citys, sightseeing an so on. Yet, when I started travelling on my own I started to find interest in foreign cultures and even sigthseeing from time to time. I leard it such a different experience when going with locals than staying in hostels and having hardly contact to the country you're visiting.

I'm keen in discussions about all kinds of spiritual and scientific topics. Leraning new ways to see the world.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

My first couchsurfing experiences I had when people, who picked me up hitchhiking offered me to stay at there place. During my year in New Zealend this happend quite a couple of times. This all were very good experiences and I learned a lot of nice people this way. So I decided to join couchsurfing

At the moment I'm installing a hammock at my room. Hopefully hosting myself one day.
