Watched an erupting volcano.
Achieved FGASA qualifications in Africa.
Camped out with just sleeping bags in big-cat country.
Travelled rivers in Thailand on a self-made raft.
Snorkeled in both the Barrier Reef in Australia and glacial lakes in Iceland.
Travelled through Egypt in an army convoy.
Spent a night in the Ice Hotel.
Had a boat's engine fail half a mile from the top of the Victoria Falls.
Ran away and eloped in Denmark!

I was a private chef and therefore consider myself somewhat OK in the kitchen. (That being said, no one ever wants to cook for me 😞 )
I am starting a university course in Nutrition at Kings College London in September but will absolutely never judge anyone's preference for a takeaway pizza! I will be a mature student as I, stupidly, never finished school when I was supposed to but I wouldn't change a thing about the path that I've taken.

I know London well and will hopefully be able to give guests good advice. Being on a tight budget myself, I'm unlikely to be able to join you out and about on a daily basis, but will give you as much guidance as you like!

I am also an experienced traveller - by myself, as a couple and in groups - so I look forward to being able to share tips and experiences with others.
