To flow...to connect with like-minded people from different parts of the world, to learn and expand, to have fun in all that I experience. I would like to share my healing work with on a bigger scale. Teach. Finish my book!

ABOUT ME

I have a lot of energy so I like to get outside and burn it off. But I also like to balance it with stillness, so I am good at just kicking back as well. I am a social person, and enjoy the people in my life, old and new friends alike.
I love my work, to assist others in living in their highest expression and feeling empowered, that anything is possible. Even world peace! If we can make peace within ourselves, and shine our light on others, then we can really make a difference in the world. It brings me great joy to see people move past fears and blocks to living the life they are here to live! Using the body as a tool for tapping into that inner wisdom.
I also love a good time, something new, a skill, a new place, new people. There is so much expansion that comes with it. I'm a positive person and feel very fortunate to live the life I do. Gratitude and an open heart are my medicine. We can all make a difference with a smile, laughter and some kindness!

PHILOSOPHY

We all have something unique about us. We all have a bright light that wants to shine. I think that we are here to do that for ourselves but also in being who we are, we inspire others to their own greatness. We are on this planet together, with much abundance to go around. I feel that clean relationships are vital. I am not into drama. Just honesty. Trusting allowing in the flow of things. Honesty keeps it clean! And more fun, and interesting...

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I have had the pleasure of being hosted and of hosting. I am currently living in a home where my space availability shifts, so I am looking to participate in other ways for a while. I would love to connect with people who are visiting so don't be shy : )
CS has been awesome!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have close friends who recommended this to me before I set out on a big adventure a couple of years ago. I had some extended family already in Austria, but I was able to meet some wonderful people and made new friends through using CS. I look forward to more!

兴趣

In my travels, I have to say most of the really great times have been with people who live there. It seems like I have been couchsurfing without even calling it that! In my work, I have met many people from various parts of the world. My trip to Brazil with my son was through clients! And Italy was with friends from Florence. I stayed in Austria at a friend's who I hosted for 2 months in Sandpoint. You get to see and experience so much more that way, and get to know others, and their culture.

音乐、电影和书籍

I love to read. Books that I can get lost in, a good story. I also am a voracious reader of philosophical books and books about the mind/body/spirit connection. I guess you could say I'm studying for my work, but I really enjoy it. Just finished reading a book about Conrad Kain, he was a mountaineer pioneer from Vienna in the early 1900's who did many major first ascents in British Columbia and New Zealand, as well as in Europe. Great book!
Music! just finished cleaning up my itunes! I love pretty much most music, except country. I like bluegrass. Mostly I listen to electronic/dance/hip-hop/ambiant and yoga-style, whatever that is! I also enjoy acoustic. Some of my favorite music right now are Gaudi, Beats Antique, Saqi, and Govinda. That's for now.

There's a giraffe with a broken neck at the Santa Barbara zoo.
Watched a wolf/dog chase, catch and devour a rabbit. Even the eyeballs!

I enjoy people who are open to new ideas, they are usually very creative thinkers. I like mental stimulation, as well as physical activity outdoors.
I don't watch much tv, haven't had one for 20 years. I pick up things from the internet, enjoy watching something with others once in a while.
I think we have a lot to learn from everyone we meet. Kids are great teachers, and delightful to be with. I love their innocence. And pure joy!
We're all here to share this Earth and to learn to live together. I think if we are truly interested in others, that's where the learning can take place, whatever it is we are to learn in any given situation or relationship. It's about being open in your heart and your mind to what is being offered.
