Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I traveled abroad with my friends last year.

Beautiful nature, fabulous architecture, the best works of art were great,
but I was just happy being there, and talking with people I met in an unfamiliar places.

After that, I also dreamed of a new trip.

And I wanted to communicate more and feel foreign culture closer.
I found a way to get closer and to be together.

I enjoy movies and dramas of various genres. The movie I watched again 10 times in classics is as follows.

'Dead Poets Society, 1989' - I love Keating(also i love Robin Williams too.) and his students. becase of this movie , I dream about being a teacher and now I'm teaching students at middle school. and my motto is 'Carpe Diem'.

'The Sound of Music,1965' - I watched it over and over again.
I like the songs of this movie.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Unfortunately my country is divided, so North Korea is the closest but the North Korea is the only country we, South Koreans can go to.
When there was good inter-Korean relations ten years ago, we had an opportunity to visit the North Korea.
Using the same language and having the same ancestor, but the history of division and war... I feel the sadness vividly, as a Korean.
