ABOUT ME

I have been living in Hong Kong for around two years. I love it, it's a great place which is quite unique and is open to the world. I am originally from New Zealand, but I also lived in Thailand for two years a few years back. I have just started studying again. Its something I've wanted to do for ages. I'm undertaking a masters degree in Asian and International Studies.

PHILOSOPHY

I like to try and do things which make the world a better place for everyone. I also like to learn new things all the time...that's why I like travel so much :-)

I quite like sci-fi (I know that's not so cool, but I do). I generally have quite a broad taste in movies.

I tend to read magazines most, but I just finished a great book called "Finding George Orwell in Burma." I'd recommend that. It is part travelogue and part a review of totalitarianism.

I've got quite diverse music tastes too, but Marina and The Diamonds, and The Jeezabels are current favs.
