Travel to other countries not to consume them, but to really get to know them, get to know the people. Is there a better way to do this than surfing their couch??

ABOUT ME

I'm pretty much that laid back kinda person. Not too much of the go-out-and-party-every-night one, but very spontaneous and always keen for some action ;)

Oh, I love to eat!! A lot! Give me a good meal and I'm happy :) Obviously I like cooking as well...

Doing a lot of sports, like being out there, in the mountains in or at the sea or just grab my hammock and sleep over at the coolest places ever!

Well I've come around quite a bit so far and met so many nice people who helped me out a lot, so I'm happy to host and to help out and show around some other people now.

PHILOSOPHY

Trying to live my life for Jesus Christ, my saviour! I'm involved in a local christian organization working amongst ou fellow students, spreading the Good News :)

Interests

Sports, pretty much all kinds of, especially outdoors. Surfing, rock climbing, skiing, snowboarding, hiking...
Doing percussion and playing with some bands every now and then.
Travelling! Love to get to know countries that are a bit further away than a simple hitchhike and to stay there longer than just a few weeks. Always trying to learn their languages and communicate with them in their own language...

Hiking Table Mountain in Cape Town, South Africa and spending a week in Rio de Janeiro - the most beautiful city I've seen so far!
