Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I spend most my nights away from home in a hammock, so my main motive for being hosted is meeting locals and in the case of travelling with less hammock accustomed friends, saving on accommodation. I am personally just fine with any environment when spending the night, and think of myself as a very clean visitor. I'd like to host people myself sometime, but my home country is, lets just say, not the warmest or most exciting tourist destination.
