Hey there!

Me llamo Tania :) I'm off travelling soon which I cannot wait for, I'm so excited to go see more of the world, have new experiences and meet people from all types of cultures :D I'm an actor and love all things theatre & dance related too so am up for organising theatre trips for those interested!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I've attended a few couchsurfing events which have been great for meeting new people and going with the laid back Australian lifestyle and stayed with a lovely family in Edinburgh during the fringe.

I'd love to meet anyone who's visiting my hometown for a coffee, chat, show them around - i make a great tour guide :P

Interests

But a few: theatre, dance, art, baking, zumba, green tea, laughing yoga is always a natural high lol, nature, country walks, beach, surfing, travelling obviously, learning spanish and french, and the list goes on... :D

Music, Movies, and Books

okay so movies...mostly into comedies and rom-coms, really NOT into horror movies, if i'm forced into watching, most of it will be seen through my hands covering my face!! Fave ones: L'auberge espagnol or Pot Luck as called in English - reminds me of my time spent in Spain :) Clockwise, Karate Kid, Juno, I just saw Chalet girl and now really want to go visit the mountains in winter and learn to snowboard!

Musicwise I like a little bit of everything..oasis, Bob Marley, REM, the Beatles, the Smiths, Belle and Sebastian discovered from the Juno soundtrack :)Latin American music's always good to zumba along to and yes i do listen to cheesy music to dance around badly to if i'm in that kinda mood :P

Books: I know technically they're plays but as a drama student i've gotta write Shakespeare! Midsummer Night Dream's my preffered favourite atm...Adrian Mole, Harry Potter, Jane Austin's books, 1984 and much more :)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Travelling to a teeny yet beautiful village by the sea filled with eccentric people and a few hippies changed my life :D

Teach, Learn, Share

An obvious thing that I can teach people is to help them practise English if it's there foreign language, and i in turn am very keen to practise my spanish or french.
