Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

We have been couch surfing for many years but this make it all official.

When Andy was 21 he travelled the east coast Australia over the course of a year picking up backpackers along the way. When he returned to Melbourne he had 1 english girl & a Northern Irish brother & sister in his car. They stayed with him for 6 months or so & now they are returning the favour by putting both of us up in Banbridge, Northern Ireland for the last month or so.

We also had a fantastic experience in London with an Indian & French gay couple. They put us up for a few weeks & after we had moved on they invited us both back for there civil union (marriage). It was so beautiful. An amazing experience.

Music, Movies, and Books

We love movies. Usually go see a movie every week. We enjoy going to anything from the latest blockbusters to small independant films. As for music we both have varied tastes but love going to see live bands. Books... the Alchemist is one of favourites along with the Harry Potter series! Andrew also loves his comic books & popculture.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

La Tomatina, Biggest food fight in the world. Crazy!
