COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I went from Poland to Spain hitchhiking and couchsurfing. had some really nice experiences.
I loved the couchsurfing experience in Ecuador. Met a lot of incredible, lovely people - from Krishna community through dancers, journalists and teachers, ending up with some architects.
I also hosted some awesome people. Generally I think that couchsurfing is a brilliant idea.

兴趣

I study sociology, applied social sciences and social anthropology. I enjoy reading about people, observe people and their ways of living around the world. Languages are incredible source of information about the cathegories of perceiving the reality.

I really enjoy listening to music, especially the traditional music from West Africa (mainly Mali and Guinee), Cuba, Brasil, Poland, Ukraine (that gorgeous old women singing!), Belarus, the Balkans, India and many more!
Last year I started to learn the polish traditional singing and I'm really excited about it!
I may sing you a song from my grandma's village if we see each other. or teach you one!

I love dancing!

I like to watch films. My favourite directors are Kusturica, Tarkovsky, Pasolini, Herzog.

Hmm, what more? Urban gardening has been one of my favourite interest these days as I grow herbs and some minor vegetables on my terrace.

I really like traditional polish music from Kurpie region, music from Podlasie (a region in Poland, belarus and Ukraine), and all sorts of traditional folk singing from Slavic countries.

I pretty much enjoy cuban music and afrocuban, especially merceditas Valdes, Abbilona, Habana de Primera, Munequitos de Matanzas, los Van Van, Johny Pacheco and more.
I definitely like brasilian samba - dancing to batucada and listening to samba chourinho. Beth Carvalho is one of my favourites.

I definitely like indian ragas and other kinds od traditional music.

West Africa also pleases my eardrums with its rich repertoir.
