I grew up on a farm outside of a small town in Minnesota, USA . I moved to San Diego when I was 19 and it has become my second home while working as a bartender for the past 9 years. I am currently traveling the Pan American Highway in my sprinter van! I just spent the summer working and traveling in Alaska. I just spent 3 months in Minnesota working for my friends non profit before celebrating my 30th hiking Machu Picchu in Peru. Now I am moving to Nashville to settle down for a year or so and find work as a bartender to fund my travels!

I love to travel and meet new people and experience new cultures. I have used couch surfing while traveling through Africa and Europe and I have had amazing experiences and made lifelong friends and connections. When I'm not traveling I have hosted in San Diego, it is perfect for me because I get to share experiences and feel like I'm traveling by hosting and sharing stories with travelers around the world.

I am currently relying on couch surfing simply for a warm shower and a host who will allow me to park my van and sleep for the night. In return I would love to share some stories from the road and an open invite to join me for adventures somewhere along my journey down the Pan Am highway. My trip will be from Minnesota>Alaska>Argentina with many detours along the way. Adventures are made to be shared, I appreciate you reading my profile, I hope we are able to cross paths on this crazy journey of life, godspeed!

I can't narrow it down to one, thats too hard! I've lived a very fortunate life! I would love the opportunity to sit around and share some stories with you. As of late I would say the most amazing thing that I am most proud of is adopting a minimalist lifestyle, saving money, quitting my job, moving my life into a sprinter van and hitting the road!
