About Me
I am a graduate student at the University of Iowa with about 8 months left until I received my Doctorate of Nursing Practice. I currently work on an inpatient child/adolescent psychiatric unit. I am very active and many of my hobbies revolve around sports. I spend much of my free time with friends, reading or taking my dog on long walks.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
One amazing thing I am doing is implementing a mindfulness meditation program on an inpatient psychiatric unit for children and adolescents.
