ABOUT ME

I am a 28 yr old guy who has come off the north american conveyer-belt of education to find that there's more to life than your day job.

PHILOSOPHY

Honestly, I've had challenges like everybody else. After coming out of the other side of those rough times, I've realized that life is awesome and there's no time to waste on doing things you hate, or surrounding yourself with negative people. So I would have to say my personal philosophy is just to relax and find a way to enjoy everything that's thrown your way.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I have a couch available for fantastic people to come rest their weary little heads on.

I have yet to surf someone's couch but am pretty excited about the whole system!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Quite frankly, I had no idea couch surfing even existed until I was at a house party in Montreal in the summer of 2012. I found myself making new friends as I usually do, when I came across a lovely couple from the US. When I asked how they knew my friends, who's house we were in at the time, they responded, "We didn't until today! We're sleeping in their spare room. We found them using a couch surfing site!"

Who doesn't love Netflix, right?

I love almost all kinds of music - minus the screamo, angry stuff, haven't found an appreciation for that yet, but hey! To each their own right?

I don't read as much as I should, but I've read alot of the usual bestsellers that everyone else has.

One of the most amazing days I've had so far was a bucket-list day I had in Hawaii. I went swimming with 20 ft sharks in the morning, and went sky-diving over the beautiful isalnd of Oahu in the afternoon. Then I had a Big Mac, yup, pretty much the perfect day :)
