ABOUT ME

I'm a friendly, open minded person, who likes meeting new people and knowing other cultures. Now i'm studying international business, but i have Bachelor of Communication sciences, so maybe that's why i'm interested in intercultural communication, exchange and for that reason i would like to have a job related with this sphere in the future. I'm crazy about baking cakes and in general cooking, riding a bike and dancing. And i would like to feel the power of CS very much! One of my dreams is to go to Latin America, but at the same time i'm interested in visiting as many countries and places, as possible :)

PHILOSOPHY

I think the most important thing is to share kindness and happiness with other people and the world will smile for you :) So you don't have to blame the others that they are bad, angry or something like that, but start with yourself.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

My participation in the CS Project is related to my will to find here friendly people who could host me abroad and also i would like to host others surfers here, in Lithuania, or to be like a guide.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

This kind of experience is totally new for me, but i have heard a lot of good opinions about it. So i would like to try it too, as i would like to travel more and to meet new people from all over the world :) But one friend from India (i met her in Italy) came to the Baltic states, so also to Lithuania, so my family hosted her and me and some friends showed her the city and another nice town.

Interessi

I have many interests: the thing that comes to my mind is dancing. I love it! So when i dance, i like listening to the music and sometimes singing :) I attended several choirs in the past. Also i like learning languages: i would like to remember German, to improve my English, Italian and also to remember Spanish. What is more, i'm crazy about bicycles, cooking, especially baking something sweet, reading interesting books, going to the cinema and exploring other cultures.

Musica, film e libri

Talking about music, i like different styles of music: from classical to rock. It depends on what i'm doing: dancing, thinking, relaxing and so on.
I like reading psychological novels and books related to traveling, cooking, psychology, economics, psychology. Now i'm reading "Eat Pray Love" :)
One of my favourite movies are ""The life is beautiful" (original title "La vita è bella"), "Dot the i". In general i like psychological movies, dramas, romantic movies and comedies.

Una cosa incredibile che ho fatto

Last year i was an Erasmus student in Venice (Italy), so the memories are still quite fresh and it was such an amazing thing: Venice itself, new people from different countries, interesting lectures, new language, celebrating Easter with famiglia italiana, travelling around the country and everything!!!!! I'll never forget it!

I think that CouchSurfing University is the best way of learning intercultural communication and gaining a lot of interesting theoretical knowledge and practical skills about other cultures, also having the most exciting experience in your life. I would to share that kind of experience and knowledge with others!
