HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I belong to the CS meeting group in Natal (where I reside in the summer).....and when I travel I try to contact locals to enhance my holiday with social interaction

Did you know....

- there is an 8-10 minute delay from your stomach to your brain to actually let u know when u are full when eating....so eat slowly!!!
- disposable chopsticks are mostly made from eucalyptus trees grown in developing nations where the trees absorb all the surrounding moisture in the soil thus reducing argriculture in the area....so don't use disposable chopsticks!!!
- grapefruit juice is an appetite suppressants so drink lots because we are all getting too fat!!!!
