Why I’m on Couchsurfing

As I've said I love meeting new people and seeing new places and Couchsurfing is a great way to do both. You meet your host for the first time who will then be able to give you some local knowledge of the best places to go or what to do (hopefully).

I am an absolute adventure enthusiast, I have never said no to a challenge. Some of my main interests include kayaking, rock climbing, skiing, wakeboarding, surfing and playing the guitar.

Music, Movies, and Books

This is always a tough question for me to answer as I like such a broad range of genres and artists, from Foo Fighters to Coldplay and Kygo to Ben Howard. Some favourite movies would have to be Cool Runnings, Chasing mavericks and the warrior.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I have been very fortunate to be in the right place at the right time to gain some amazing experiences however one that sticks out would be that when I was 16 I was given a scholarship to learn to fly a glider plane solo, which I did manage and my first solo flight happened to be at sunset, extraordinary!

I can teach some pretty bad jokes, maybe a magic trick or I guess since I'm English I can teach you how to make a proper cup of tea.
