About Me
Greetings fellow surfers! In the last 3 years or so I've gone through some serious life changes which have contributed to the person I am today and I'm still trying to determine who that person is. We tend to follow a mapped out path of our lives, but sometimes we get off track and get lost, but I think I am okay with that!
I graduated Uni in 2016 with a Nutrition and Dietetic degree (so I can talk food ALL DAY). I also completed half my masters degree in Scotland and intend on returning Feb 18 to finish. But right now I have the next few months to go where I want and do what I want!
I am a very laid back, open minded vegetarian who loves meeting new people and experiencing other walks of life.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I joined couch surfing because of the opportunity it yields to travel and to see areas of the world that many never get to see. But perhaps the greatest reason is the wonderful, open minded individuals who allow strangers like me to enter their personal lives and space. Thank you!
Interests
I love cooking when I have the time and the proper ingredients to do so.
Coffee is life. Add stimulating intellectual conversation and we will get along just fine
I love playing guitar and writing music when inspiration arises.
Exploring the outdoors, climbing rocks and trees and swimming in frigid rivers.

Music, Movies, and Books
Rainbow Kitten Surprise (seriously check them out), July Talk, pretty much all classic rock and Ziggy Alberts.
Haven't really watched a ton of movies lately, but classics like Star Wars, LOTR, Indiana Jones and Back to the Future will always hold a special place in my heart.
Wild, Undeniable the evolution of science and creation, A short history of nearly everything.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I spent a month driving and backpacking New Zealand by myself and met a lot of amazing people on the way.
Teach, Learn, Share
I LOVE teaching and informing individuals on the importance of nutrition.
I enjoy learning and sharing any knowledge regarding politics, environmentalism, anything science related, and am always open to uncomfortable discussions regarding religion, gun rights, pro-life/pro-choice, racism and sexism.
What I Can Share with Hosts
I can share stories of my travels and the people that I have met. I don't mind playing music for people or with people, though you'll have to deal with my singing voice.... I've also been told I'm a damn good cook, sooo...
