Life is full of twists and turns, mine has been no exception. I am welcoming and can usually accept people as they are. I've had quite an adventurous life, and now I am grounded and focused on raising a teenager.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

In 2008, I needed to find freedom from some of the strongholds life can have, and I set out on a hitchhiking journey with no real plans. I was extremely lucky to find couchsurfing, a week into the journey, and spent 4 months traveling the US and experiencing couchsurfing here. It was a life changing experience, and I hope to spread that joy to others.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I've maintained trails in Yosemite, served the homeless in the tenderloin in San Francisco, and hitchhiked around the US for 4 months.
