Hi! I'm Justus from Berlin. I'm currently working as a teacher.

In my free time I like to explore abandoned buildings, get wasted in one of berlin's many fantastic pubs, play video games or enjoy some good music on concerts and festivals.

I would describe myself as open minded person. I love to explore stuff that's new to me. Especially if I can do it with a person that's passionate about that topic.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

When you live in a international city like Berlin you learn to love exchange with different cultures.
After my masters I want to travel the world starting with three months backpacking in Japan. I would love to stay with locals most of the time there and couch surfing is a perfect tool for that!
Until then I'm more than happy with meeting new people from around the world in Berlin to learn new things, get inspirations for travel destinations and meet new friends 😊

Music, Movies, and Books

I absolutely love heavy and dark music! And don't get me started on J-Metal 😅 My all time favorites are Slipknot, Ghøstkid, Babymetal and Bring me the Horizon. Currently I'm vibing a lot to Void of Vision, Pertubator and Bad Omens. But when I want to relax I enjoy stoner and psychedelic rock, old school hip-hop and techno too.

Basically I love all kinds of movies. Once a year I watch all LotR movies with friends and I have a weakness for movie nights with trashy old school movies like Starship Troopers or the Friday the 13th series. On the other hand I never understood the hype around long ass series and all the other time consuming Netflix stuff 😬 So if you want to talk about Braking Bad, One Piece etc. I'm not the right guy. Sorry!

Sadly I don't have much time to read anymore. But previously I read mainly fantasy and science fiction. My favorite author is George Martin.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Depends on what is special for your, right?
On my adventures in abandoned buildings I climbed many instable buildings and found crazy things in dark basements.
One time I organized a uni party for 800 people without any experience.
